How to
use JAT Tickets
Download and install the JAT app on your smartphone.
Open the app and create a new account or log in if you already have one. Provide the required information like your name, email, and password.
Browse through the list of upcoming events featured on the tickets homepage. Use the search bar or filters to find events based on your preferences, such as location, date, category, or artist.
Choose the event you wish to attend. Tap on the event's image or name to view more details, including the date, time, location, and ticket prices.
Select the type and quantity of tickets you want to purchase (e.g., general admission, VIP, etc.).
After choosing your tickets, add them to your cart.
Go to the cart and review your order. Proceed to the checkout process. Enter your payment information and confirm the purchase.
Once the payment is successful, you'll receive a confirmation email with your e-tickets. These tickets can be accessed through the app.
Go to the "My Tickets" section in the app to view all your purchased tickets. Show the e-ticket at the event venue for entry. Some events may have a QR code or barcode that will be scanned at the entrance.
After attending an event, you may have the option to rate and review it on the app. Share your experience to help others and provide valuable feedback to event organizers.
Note: Make sure to keep the app updated to access new features and enhancements. If you encounter any issues or have questions, visit the app's support section for assistance.
